Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters 

I am able to assist with conducting an ESA assessment and provide an ESA letter for an additional $40 for existing clients.

I am In-Network with the following Insurance providers:

• Optum
• Aetna
• Oscar
• United Health Care(UHC)

Please note that a Superbill may be provided if your insurance provider offers reimbursement for Out-Of-Network providers.
