Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters
I am able to assist with conducting an ESA assessment and provide an ESA letter for an additional $40 for existing clients.

If you do not see your insurance listed, please note that I am able to provide you with a "Superbill" for reimbursement from your insurance. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about "Out-Of-Network " coverage.
