Tiffany De La Riva, lcsw #103481 SHE| HER| ELLA

Welcome! My name is Tiffany De La Riva and I am a bilingual therapist in Orange County, California. As  a first gen, eldest daughter in a Mexican family, I grew up hearing a lot of stigma around mental health. It wasn't until college that I learned about mental health resources and the importance of seeking support. I am passionate about advocating for mental health, breaking stigma in Latino Communities, and providing a safe & culturally inclusive space for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

My approach: I have a gentle and nurturing approach in my work, and meet others where they're at. I understand that for many it's hard to even be open to seeking support; therefore, I use empathy in providing a slow & supportive space for others to start their healing journey. I am most passionate about working with those grieving their parent(s), those in caregiver roles for loved ones, first time parents, and fellow first gens.
